Other than my direct supervisor, the management and HR is a NIGHTMARE. You’ll be expected to your job plus many more. You are thrown into working this job without proper training. It’s more than micromanaged and you won’t hear the good things you are doing unless you have a good direct supervisor and I only knew of 2 for the years I was there. Don’t be fooled by the promise of promotion and bonuses. Most people are stuck answering phones for over a decade. I had to threaten to call an employment attorney due to the HR team not being educated on FMLA laws and countless other issues. There are constant IT issues out of your control and it will definitely affect you in a negative way even when it’s not your fault. You’ll been given a schedule the first year but it will change every year. You’re never promised the set schedule. They are open 7a-7p central so be prepared to work those hours at any given point without any overtime. It’s near abusive how they run this call center. I had to leave due to my mental health deteriorating due to the constant screaming on the calls coming in which is normal for Loss Draft. I only lasted that long because I had a wonderful supervisor who stood up for me. I needed this job while my younger kid got old enough to be at home alone and I went through medical treatment. In my training class there were 17 of us. I was the only one left. There were 4 classes after that with 12-20 people. Only 3 of us were standing in those years of training classes. The turnover is insane and those who stay on staff are left to take the brunt of the work. We all stayed because we needed the job. It’s really sad
