Pros

The people are great, hours are decent.

Cons

Pay is low, Benefits average at best (see below), lot of micromanagement, high turnover rate in all departments, Not a good fit for?: New grads, Employees with ambition. Is a good fit for?: Someone wanting experience, or a job, with plans to get another job after, someone who just wants a job to fill the time. Departments with the highest employee turnover: Accounting & Purchasing Jobs to definitely avoid: Inventory Control Specialist/Analyst (50% turnover), accountant (33% turnover), Truck Driver (Drivers underpaid and have to unload loads) BENEFITS AT A GLANCE. You get 6 paid holidays, 3 Personal Days, 6 Sick Days. Vacation and Personal Days do not roll-over from year to year, use or lose it policy. Employees with 1-6 Years of experience get 2 weeks vacation, Years 7-11: 3 weeks, Years 12-24: 4 weeks, Years 25+: 5 weeks. After 5 years you can sell back 1 week vacation, After 10 years you can sell back 2 weeks vacation. 401K with Fidelity. 5% Company Match. Takes 5 years to be fully vested. Years: 0-1: 0% vested, Year 2: 25% vested, Year 3: 50%, Year 4: 75% vested, Year 5: Fully vested. Have Vision (VSP), Rx (express scripts), Dental. All decent plans. Medical: Blue Cross Blue Shield, have HSA, HMO, Basic Plan, and PPO. Decent. Tuition reimbursement: Employees need be employed for a year, and have to pay the tuition up front, and get a grade of a "C" or better to get any money. FT Employees: Undergrad : $3,000/year Graduate: $5,000/year
