      Excellent team and management that respect all company employees regardless of position. The managers take the time to get to know every employee and offer incentives to work safe and give good bonuses for producing results.

      Cons

      Management and Supervisor pay is lower than the area averages and minimal chance for increases. The will not counter offer other companies to keep good and loyal employees and the benefits costs are higher than other companies that are smaller.
