      Great pay. Quarterly bonuses.

      Cons

      LONG hours out on routes. Warehouse not held responsible for loading the trucks very poorly which makes our job much harder.

      Good benifits, pay is good for hourly employees, its a typical food distrubiton warehouse so hours vary according to customer needs

      No real value on being tenured, no push from corparte to actual advance a persons carree or education to try and benifit the company
