Good Money, Bad Company

Pros

Good pay and decent benefits from the biggest company in the industry. Decent location and plenty of work as long as you can do it .

Cons

Corporate Management is out of touch and cares more about the shareholders than the people that make the company run. Local Management is uncaring and vindictive. The Workload is heavy and mostly unable to be completed following the DOT hours of service. Management gives lip service to the law while creating routes to maximize profits while stretching drivers to their limits. Once you report to work they believe that they have you to do as they wish and heck with your family or other commitments you may have.

Cons

Very poor management. No overtime. 30hrs a week guarantee. The worst yard trucks to drive...
