Pays the Bills but a lot of unneccessary stress.

It pays decent. Normal distribution warehouse enviroment but I have experienced better. Benefits are great. Always get the latest equipment.

Cons

Physical labor that will eventually wear your body down over the years. If you have experience, you will be fine. If you don't, the training won't be enough. The bonus structure is pointless. Everyone has a "look out for my own back" mentallity (including management). A few BIG problems that are caused by a bunch of little problems, that for some reason they won't fix. Each supervisor and manager has a different standard on how to work things. They need to be on the same page so everything in the workplace is done consistently. It use to be strict, but they let a lot of stuff slide.

The possibilities to make really good money is there always different incentives and extra work to do also pretty decent staff

Our off days suck and sometimes your loads are seriously screwed up also management doesn't here or care sometimes which makes it harder on the driver. Not organized very well in transportation

Sygma pays it employees very well compared to the industry average for front line employees.

Cons

For supervisors and managers, the financial return is less than industry average. Many managers I had worked with were looking for new jobs within the first year of employment. The managers are pushed beyond their limits. Upper management puts on a good face but behind the doors its just the opposite.
