They do not fairly pay their employees and when asked for a wage increase to keep up with the cost of living I was denied. The vacation time you get sucks pretty bad. They don’t give employees any incentives to work harder. The hybrid remote is pretty dumb and inconvenient. Fully remote would make employees happier. The hybrid model makes it just do we can’t move and we have to stay close to the office.

Terrible work life balance. Many times you are forced to work 6 days out of the week and at times work 65 hrs a week.
