The pay was on the lower side, even for the location.

Cons

Managers completely lacked management experience. Training for new employees are minimal, and there is a disregard for time management.

Great pay and great benefits. Once you get used to the job every route you go on gets easier and easier.

Cons

Although you have the opportunity to be home every night/day, some routes do not permit that. It's better than being OTR but some weeks you are not able to spend quality time with your family. Seniority drivers have it made while new hire drivers, out of training, are sent on long/layover routes. You feel more like a number than a valued employee.
