Pros

Good pay. Good benefits. Decent equipment. Driver training program with $8,000 bonus if you stay with them for 3 years. Driver referral bonuses.

Cons

Turnover is very high for drivers, and Covid caused a hiring freeze and layoffs which has left us shorthanded for the past few months. This of course means drivers are called in to cover shifts frequently. You're paid well for picking up the shifts but being with your family is what matters. They are hiring and training drivers like crazy so things should improve in time. The work is very physically demanding and can be mentally exhausting if you allow it.

Not for weak people, you will hustle 12 to 16 hours a day non stop.
