Pros

The company has recently replaced its CEO and appointed Scott Hebert, which was a good move. He really enforces a positive atmosphere and company culture, which is highly welcomed after the previous leadership. There's also been several new hires in all levels of the company, which has really contributed to the fun and exciting environment. Team members get to work really closely with customers, which can be really exciting. Company events are super motivating and inspiring. The corporate team is putting a program together to invest in employees with education, training, and mentorship. They're taking a very serious approach to employee satisfaction.

Cons

Upward growth paths are still very hazy and undefined. It's challenging to move up, and salaries still need proper examination to make sure you are paid market value - this is especially true for longer term employees. The organization is also very understaffed, but there is major focus being put in place to hire across the company and fill those gaps.

Micromanagement. Little creativity. Cliquey. I found that there was a culture misfit (for me).
