Cons

SYSPRO is focused on building a global brand with local connection. This takes time and both global and regional teams are increasingly aligned on this goal. Not a con, it just takes time to build.

SYSPRO is by far the best company I've had the pleasure to work for. They promote internally, encourage growth and training, and they look out for their employees' well being by providing plenty of PTO, a healthy work environment, and a flexibly hybrid work schedule. The CEO is GREAT, management looks out for their team members, and each employee has been incredibly supportive, kind, and a joy to work with. SYSPRO is actively working on programs to ensure diversity and inclusivity. We have a beautiful new office next to plenty of shopping and places to eat. SYSPRO is on the FLIGHT business center where there are walking trails, a free gym membership, covered parking, a mess hall, and more! Truly a wonderful place to work all around!

Cons

Older reviews will mention the leadership that was in place a couple of years ago. SYSPRO has worked hard to turn that around and they've created an amazing work culture with new leadership in place. NO COMPLAINTS!!

New management is amazing and synced together to improve the business and culture. With management, new office, and activities, the culture is around growth and having fun.

Cons

There is still a lot of work to improve processes as the company moves to a growth mindset.
