Business Outlook
Pros
Managers and high-ups legitimately care about everyone. The company has a very enjoyable, relaxed environment. I never once experienced a single bad attitude from any other employee throughout this entire company.
Cons
Having seen just a handful of healthcare options from other companies, SYSPRO's felt expensive. Interacting and needing assistance from the South Africa headquarters is often required and can be tedious depending on the topic. The company has consolidated itself to improve on this though. In my mind, a higher salary offer is the only thing that would make me contemplate leaving. SYSPRO has everything else you want from a workplace. It is a happy, feel-good company where you can come and leave with a smile every day.
