Pros

SYSTRAN gathers a lot of talented people (researchers, PhDs) and the team is really great. As Research and Development is a *strong* central focus, it is really thrilling to work for a company who delivers innovative products and technologies to its end-customers. Geat workspace in the centre of Paris. Multilingual and multicultural working environment.

Cons

Challenging industry with strong competition. Smaller size compared with main competitors can also be seen as an advantage to tailor products and services to the customers, though.

Pros

SYSTRAN recently took a 180 turn : new management (people & style), new technology based on Deep Learning, refurbish of the area of work, new GoToMarket.... The new CEO is Jean Senellart and not anymore Dimitrios Sabatakakis (fortunatly)

Cons

The image on the market due to the 2 old managers that left now, but that effectively belong to the medium age in their management style and the way they drove SYSTRAN's strategy on the market

Pros

They offer a first experience for people who need it to get their career started. Also, they are one of the rare employers in their field of expertise (Natural Language Processing) in Paris.

Cons

A software company managed like a 19th-century manufacture: management distrusts employees with everything they do.
