Strong learning-driven and collaborative work environment. The leadership and founders are approachable and employees are trusted with ownership early on. I’ve had good exposure to projects and opportunities for overall growth. HR is responsive, fair, and proactive in addressing employee concerns. Good learning opportunities with exposure to impactful work. Collaborative culture with trust and ownership.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can feel demanding at times. Roles may require wearing multiple hats as the company grows and if you want to grow at a faster pace.
