Saarthee is a great place if you want to learn and grow. The projects here are diverse, and you get to work on real challenges that push you to think and problem-solve. The leadership is approachable, and they genuinely listen to feedback. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and teams are always willing to help. The company is growing fast, which means there are plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility and make an impact. I’ve seen major jumps in my salary over time, which is a huge motivator.

Cons

Workload can get heavy, especially during peak project cycles, but that's part of the learning experience. It’s not always smooth sailing, but the opportunities (and the salary growth!) make it well worth it.

1. Management is awful and leadership is not supportive 2. They put a 2-3 year employee bond to avoid attrition, and make you pay a very high amount if to try to leave before that. 3. Don't have enough clients so that they can pay you 4. On the verge of bankruptcy 5. High work load , no office end time you have to work on weekends sometimes. 6. Poor work life balance
