They don't even pay your salary on time. Never pay the bonuses which were promised at the time of joining. They literally had 1 client, now all the projects for that client is almost gone. Almost no one in the company have any knowledge of any tool apart from Knime, Tableau & Excel. This is the only analytics company not using SQL, because they have 0 expertise in it. Talking to founders, operation team and hr team even onshore analytics team is a huge waste of time. They don't have any knowledge or help to offer but will take around 5-6 hours daily just talking on call, either giving some fundas or just bashing India team. Founders are biggest fraud and couldn't even close a deal with any client. People join in leave in 1 hour and there has been multiple instances of this which is huge for a company of less then 30 people. Funny thing is they have less then 30-40 employees for a decade now. There is no trust in management. This company is basically a failed startup
