My team is all great therapists

Cons

No holidays, no holiday pay, no retirement match, forced rotating weekends, no raises, pressure from above to pick up people on therapy that don’t actually need it or would not benefit.

There is no company wide education and or resources to support any other position except the NHA and DON.
