Pros
-I really don't have anything good to say.
Cons
-The benefits are not that good -Majority of the staff are rude and disrespectful to not only the residents but other staff. - Staff do not provide proper care to residents -Management hide issues and concerns going on -Poor communication throughout entire building - understaffed -if census is low, anyone who is hourly and not direct care staff will have their hours cut but expected to do the same amount of work -the building always stinks because residents aren't changed in a timely manner.
