Good place to get experience, but not stay long term

Pros

Paid pretty well for a first finance role Lots of openings to move around due to high turnover

Cons

Company is disorganized, lots of disagreements between Operations/PMs/Finance Work responsibilities were split between operations and finance, even though 100% finance role High turnover Only 7 days off a year total Meh benefits package Salary employees treated like hourly in terms of working hours, have to ask permission to go home even when you don't have work to do Had to ask permission to work from home, was capped at 1 day remote per week Building interior is very dreary

Pros

Decent pay and great hourly people to work with.

Cons

If you speak up about anything you will paint a target on your back and you will be terminated. They won't fire those that do little to nothing but will fire their best employees because they challenge a terrible idea they put in place. You're just a number to this company. HR is not there for you, almost never present in the office and if you work nights then good luck, you have to come in 2 hours early to your shift just to even speak with them.
