      There is a very good work life balance. Flexible timings. Reasonable time-offs, leaves. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      Not very challenging work. Compensation is ok but not very good

      Pros

      If you end up with the right team, you'll end up learning a lot of things. This will help you if you want to go for greener pastures in your life later on.

      Cons

      Some teams had little or no work at all. While this may seem to indicate a chilled out life, it won't help your career in any way whatsoever.

      Pros

      Easy to manage your own time. Has infrastructure in place to be able to work anywhere, not just in the office.

      Cons

      There is never any money in the budget to give normal salary increases, or even normal increases for inflation. This has actually resulted that I am earning 8 % less now than I did when I joined 5 years ago. This does not seem right.
