If you love the airline business, this should be a good place to work Strong business and technical resources in the rank and file Good benefits and wellness program

Cons

Currently undergoing mass layoffs, again; this has been a repeated pattern over the last 10 years Too many good people have left or were affected by restructuring; not sure how the business can sustain having lost so much good business and technical talent Most of the new exec leaders do not have airline business experience Too many bosses, not enough good leaders
