Pros

Depending on Manager you can flex your hours if you go into the office.

Cons

Annual raises have been rough the past two years. People lucky to get 3%. Promotions are lack-luster for new assignments.

Pros

* Great PTO - 5 working weeks of PTO right when you start. * a winter Break - starts Christmas and ends after New Years. * If you live in Texas location area it's hybrid work but some managers are flexible on days you come in. Otherwise, if you live out of state you work 100% remote

Cons

* Raises and bonuses could be a lot better. 2-3% raise and promotions are 5-10% depending on tenure at the company. * Hardly any opportunities to travel for training purposes. I.e. conferences, company hopes employees will learn from one another but people hardly have time to do that. * Currently company is skeleton ship.

* Starting Benefits and PTO go into affect after 2 weeks. * 10 holidays for USA - As of writing this. * 25 days of PTO

Cons

* I feel like I personally don't have the opportunity to learn new skills in my position. * I suggest having more training opportunities available - mini boot-camps
