      Had to work every other Saturday. When you went to leave the company, they treat you like dirt

      Sales sales sales

      Flexibility. Company car. Good pay.

      Cons

      Making sales is the only focus. Monthly sales quota. Written up if sales quota is not met. Rewards for sales only. Sales at any cost. Techs lie to make sales and management knows and turns a blind eye. Sales at any cost.

      I do not regret my experience at Saela because they kept my mind stimulated and challenged.

      Cons

      For how challenged I was it was not worth the pay and/or benefits. They did not offer any Paid Time Off yet still put in their job ads 10 Days of PTO (Personal Time Off). Also working in HR a lot was allowed such as one of the employees there saying that being gay is a choice. I brought this up to my managers attention yet nothing was done about the situation besides a talk in her office. Mental Health was not taken seriously by management as well. "raises" given to me were only given to me because they raised their minimum wage for recruiters but I was told it was a raise for my performance. promotions are not based on skillset, but based on who can outshine others on the team and impress management (whether or not they are honest in their work) I do not recommend working here, this place drains your mental health, and do not have a work life balance. This job I meant for people that work just to survive.
