Pros

I loved working at Edge. Great culture and environment. I felt like I was an important part of the team not just a number. Their focus on personal growth was refreshing. I learned a ton from my time there and when another opportunity opened up elsewhere the management was very supportive as they saw how much it meant to me.

Cons

I don't know if I would say this is a con but I worked harder here than any where else I have been. Very high expectations for all personnel regardless of position
