Horrible with time off, hours are weird and change everyday, not flexible whatsoever.

Managers really care about your growth, and they can see your potential for sales numbers. Team-members are fun to work with, and customers are generally appreciative of your services.

Cons

Winter months can be kind of dull. Not much to do in bug world. Cold calling takes more of a priority. Great Commission, Zero Benefits.
