Pros

CEO stops by to say hi to all employees often! The environment in the work place is comfortable and you will feel well taken care of. Coworkers are amazing. you will be heard if you have concerns and a plan will be set up so that things are handled. Gym, Basketball court, soda machine. You will be thanked for your work and guided when you have some mess ups.

Cons

Moving up or having career opportunities is always an option but I would say there could be some work done on prepping you for those things so you will succeed.

I was able to spend a lot of time practicing and developing data skills in my day-to-day work. The kindness and accommodation of the manager and the team for my skill set at the time was a tremendous signal of the great opportunity it has been to work on this team. The company is always going through a high-growth stage, which is exciting for any department. Free soda is nice to have in the office as well.

There is one corner of the second floor that gets pretty cold
