      Pros

      I've enjoyed working here and I like the work culture here as well as the emphasis on mentorship. I think the amenities at the corporate location have been very nice and I find that leadership here is actively engaged in creating improvements in the company and new opportunities for employees.

      Cons

      I'm barely able to make ends meet despite working at the corporate office and it is a major stressor in my life. Also, it's a bit odd to work at a full-time corporate job and not have PTO offered at all.

      Your feedback is greatly appreciated. It is true that Saela is growing quickly and we are continually adding new benefits for our employees when we can! The idea about creating an internal feedback system is really helpful. We currently have something in place for employees to submit feedback on our company website. We will make sure to spread awareness about it!

      Pros

      Management cares about employee happiness and well-being. When you come to work they want to know what is going on in your life, and want to help any way that they can. I feel like I am a person contributing to a greater cause rather than just a number meeting a quota.

      Cons

      If I am being nit picky I would appreciate PTO.

      Most Healthy and Balanced Culture I Have Ever Found

      Pros

      *Management is directly involved in all day to day activities. *There is a significant focus on work / life balance and employee wellbeing. *The perks are great. There is an onsite gym and sauna at HQ, an employee store, regular activities and more. *Management is very involved in YOU growing and moving up into the positions YOU want.

      Cons

      There isn't a whole lot to say here. I think the one con I can think of off the top of my head is that in my position I am often speaking with customers who have had a poor experience or are dealing with a frustration, so some phone calls are not necessarily pleasant or easy.
