Pros

Sometimes food trucks come by. The admin team tries to do fun activities for people

Cons

They weaponize their “values” to use against employees without living them. They claim to be for mentorship and that they’ll put you on a plan to try and make things work but that doesn’t stop them from firing people with no notice or warning. The entire company feels like high school, full of cliques and backstabbing gossip. Like literally the CEO was badmouthing employees despite one of the papers you sign at onboarding saying you can be fired for gossip. The executive team claims everyone is the same but have their part of the building separated from the actual workers. The HR department decides what is and isn’t appropriate for work based on how much they like someone.

Pros

They meet all the "bro" stereotypes of a D2D company you are expecting. So no real surprises when they lie to you and treat you the way they do.

Cons

Gaslighting galore. I personally witnessed discrimination based on race, gender and disability in the office. Speaking with HR puts a target on your back. Zero advancement opportunities. As soon you start making good money, you get "laid off" and your position immediately filled by someone cheaper. Weekly culture meetings are laughable at best. The CEO fashions himself as some kind of thought leader, but I've never seen him do anything remotely close to what he preaches in the videos. Was encouraged to lie and mislead potential clients. Turns out the "Loved Based Motivation" is a 1 way street in the companies favor and a poor attempt to make you feel valued. Just avoid this place. Get paid more elsewhere.

Pros

I honestly can't think about anything

Cons

Management cares about numbers, no free meals like they used to, they cut back on incentives, no long-term-job opportunity, super high turnaround, low pay in the winter, average pay in the summer, sit in ugly cubicles, super messy work environment, super long hours, I could go on.
