I was able to spend a lot of time practicing and developing data skills in my day-to-day work. The kindness and accommodation of the manager and the team for my skill set at the time was a tremendous signal of the great opportunity it has been to work on this team. The company is always going through a high-growth stage, which is exciting for any department. Free soda is nice to have in the office as well.

Cons

There is one corner of the second floor that gets pretty cold

I love what I do because I'm surrounded by people who genuinely want to help others, from our customers to our teammates, and see everyone around them succeed. A culture that focuses on lifting and empowering everyone else is a culture where everybody is successful. Encouraging creativity while understanding mistakes are just part of the journey.

Cons

Still a young company, so lots of trail blazing at times which can lead to frustrations through trial and error.
