Pros

Management cares about employee happiness and well-being. When you come to work they want to know what is going on in your life, and want to help any way that they can. I feel like I am a person contributing to a greater cause rather than just a number meeting a quota.

Cons

If I am being nit picky I would appreciate PTO.

Pros

*Management is directly involved in all day to day activities. *There is a significant focus on work / life balance and employee wellbeing. *The perks are great. There is an onsite gym and sauna at HQ, an employee store, regular activities and more. *Management is very involved in YOU growing and moving up into the positions YOU want.

Cons

There isn't a whole lot to say here. I think the one con I can think of off the top of my head is that in my position I am often speaking with customers who have had a poor experience or are dealing with a frustration, so some phone calls are not necessarily pleasant or easy.

Horrible dishonest company

Pros

So many people leave that it probably wouldn't be that hard to move up.

Cons

Lies, cheats and steals. They don't care about their customers or employees. Management feels they can speak to you any way they please. You will be belittle, rather than coached, if you are not meeting their sales quotas. They lie to you constantly and demand full day saturdays always be worked. Please be very aware of what this company really is. Don't believe what they say.
