Planned career development, training, awesome people and amazing customers, amazing culture, supportive management. Very focused on work life balance and diversity.

Cons

fast growing company (a little too fast).... but on the plus this gives you many opportunities

Pros

Saela has amazing senior leadership who truly care for their employees. In the year I have been with Saela I have been able to reach out to my director for mentorship and guidance. The employees all around create a great work environment, I have built many great relationships. The culture here at Saela is amazing I have learned to apply the principles not only to my role but in my personal life as well.

Cons

The only cons I could think of would be not having dental/vision benefits, everything else is great!!
