Saela continues to grow and as they do, the opportunities for employees to grow increases as well. Saela is creating new positions and they strongly believe in giving those new positions to current employees. If you put in the work and stay accountable, there is a lot of opportunity waiting.

Cons

Not everyone gets paid time off and paid health.

Many of our industrious managers and leaders started with Saela in entry-level positions and grew with the company.
