Pros

Consistent work and friendly management that took care of you and your coworkers. Most Clients were also kind and thankful for the services

Cons

Pay is commission based so any canceled services do hurt the paycheck. Some of the vehicles were not as well off so there would be some technical issues with them from time to time.

Company is lead by proven principles that have helped me improve professionally and personally. Benefits and flexibility continue to improve with time. Corporate building has amazing fitness facilities and other amenities.

Cons

No retirement matching yet. Time off can be limiting. Flexibility has been an issue in the past.
