      Plenty of opportunities to advance in the company. Great culture. Management dedicated to your success. High quality gym, sauna, and soda machine in office

      Insurance benefits could be better

      Pros

      Great Culture and growth. 4 day work weeks. company car and gas card. Company events. Paid training and testing. Great management. Ability to run your own routes. Highly recommend.

      Cons

      Getting into attics and crawlspaces, some people may not like confined spaces. I didn't at first but was able to get past that fear and grow.

      Pros

      I started with Edge almost 5 years ago. I found a job where I can make a genuine impact on people's lives and I loved it. It's hard work at times but always rewarding and not just financially. This is an environment where I was afforded the room to not be a cog, make my own mistakes, learn from them and make some more. If you like being challenged and growing this is an excellent place to work and I highly recommend.

      Cons

      Some areas you deal with pests in are hard to access, dirty and downright nasty. But you are only there part time. Someone lives there full time.
