Pros

When I first interviewed with the company, I had no idea that I would end up having such a good experience. The management is top notch, and is pushing the company towards a very bright future. I've just continued to be impressed the longer I've worked here. Any of the negatives I've noticed are things that management is aware of. Management is constantly working on projects to make life better for employees. I've learned to trust that when they say something is coming, or that they are working on something, that I can trust that they are, and that good things are coming. The on-site gym and basketball court are really nice. They make it a lot easier to stay in shape, and save time by not needing a separate gym or membership elsewhere.

Cons

Because the company is relatively young, and growing, there are things that it doesn't have yet. There is no 401K match or plan, and the benefits are good, but pretty much average.

I have the opportunity to apply as well as grow my technical and analytical skills to help Edge grow and become a data-driven company. The leadership here provides me the tools and mentorship to succeed and meet our departmental goals.

Cons

I wish the opportunity to remote in for work was expanded.
