Pros

You get to work independently most of the time As well as a company vehicle that you get to park at home which is great saves money on gas. It's a rapidly growing company with lots of Growth potential for its employees.

Cons

Summers can get very busy a very busy and the hours can be long during the summer months. However that also means larger paychecks

We agree that Edge is a rapidly growing company with a lot of new opportunities! In every location, our Technicians get a company vehicle and gas card. The culture really helps in everyday life Flexible schedules if you're in school Free gym

Cons

They encourage you to speak up about advancing with the company but there is no follow through There is nepotism and it's hard to "get in" They expect some unrealistic goals when it comes to retaining customers
