Pros

Great environment and great people. The management are very kind and treat their employees as friends and family. I truly felt that they were on my side when issues arose. Pay was fair, getting time off was fair, hours were fair and expectations were high yet achievable. We were always pushed past our limits which allowed us to grow. I miss my edge family!

Cons

The office got a little messy at times, that was one of the only things I didn’t like.

Free lunches on some days and a snack kitchen. On Friday it’s Casual Friday’s Break room has an Xbox with halo

Cons

Monotonous work. Sale is more important to them than the individual Have huge lists of customers and the greater majority of them have beef with the company. And their reasons are legit for why they do.
