      customer interaction training. useful skill to obtain.

      Cons

      woke up at 6am, dint came home until 9 or 10 pm. we dint got paid by the hour.

      Pros

      Opportunities for advancement. Great leadership. Edge teaches you skills you can use in all aspects of life. Team environment. Edge truly cares about each of its employees and customers. After 4 years experience with the company I've grown to love my job. Always something new and interesting.

      Cons

      Some days can be long. +12 hours, on rare occasions though. Have to be willing to work in all weather conditions (heat of summer, cold of winter).

      Pros

      The opportunity for growth at Edge is unlike anywhere else you will find right now. The growth projections and the desire to always hire from within and provide opportunities for those on the inside who have put in time and effort. They do really want their people to succeed and are dedicated to making that happen.
