      Surrounded by great people Huge growth has lead to great opportunities with a part-time job while going to school becoming a full-time career I always feel valued and well-compensated for my contributions Commitment to improvement and progression

      Pros

      I have had nothing but great experiences working for EDGE in the variety of positions I work in. The management from the executives on down genuinely care about the people working here, and not just in a general sense like I have felt at other jobs. I have always felt that I was individually cared for, from my own personal growth within the company to my own personal struggles and growth as a person outside of work.

      Cons

      I don't feel that there have been downsides to my job outside of sometimes being asked to do things I feel uncomfortable doing, but that has always led to growth and development for me as a person.
