      I genuinely feel cared about as an employee, I feel fairly compensated for my work, the benefits are great, my leaders have always looked out for me and have helped me grow

      Great people to work with, owners genuinely care about the people.

      The pay doesn't always make you feel valued. I have felt underpaid for the work I do, especially being on salary and being on call 24-7.
