Strong organizational culture Supportive management Fun work environment The services being sold work really well, its nice to represent a company providing an excellent service

Cons

Favoritism showed towards employees beginning with the organization in sales roles. There is a very low promotion ceiling for anyone not starting in sales. Compensation and benefits are lower than those offered for similar level positions at other companies.

Incredibly positive atmosphere, lots of team Support, great management. Lots of career opportunities within the company.

Cons

Long hours, very stressful, pure commission. The hardest job you'll ever have, but if you like sales, you'll love this job.

Pros

The opportunity for growth at Edge is unlike anywhere else you will find right now. The growth projections and the desire to always hire from within and provide opportunities for those on the inside who have put in time and effort. They do really want their people to succeed and are dedicated to making that happen.
