manipulation, toxicity, micromanaging, poor managing, buying over with free lunches, gossip, favoritism, inconsistency, lack of transparency, unneeded drama, making deals with favorite members, they will retaliate if you speak up, don't follow their "promote from within" claims, GM will ignore you, HR will contact GM when you speak up.
