Pros
Hereford office is in lovely countryside, you get to see lambs in the springtime.
Cons
No strategy, stability, open communication or basic regard for healthy company culture. If you raise concerns, they are either swept under the carpet or you are gaslit into believing that you are the issue. Morale is very low and the company itself has seen a huge turnover of staff, but still let’s blame those people than address the glaringly obvious issues. This company has turned into the living breathing example of what not to do in business.
