Pros

The pay is horrible, there are no pros, but there is a five word minimum to the text box.

Cons

Horrible "leadership". Horrible pay. Horrible culture. No organization and when you try to create organization at this company it's combated / told it doesn't make money so they won't invest in processes. Will fire you at the drop of a hat, especially if they have bills to pay, which they NEVER pay their vendors on time. No visibility to "success" metrics. Sales targets are completely unobtainable, which leads to NO bonus on top of your less than 25th percentile pay. They will keep the snake oils salesmen who say all the right buzzwords but do NO WORK. Those same slimy employees gain success by throwing others under the bus and the "leadership team" refuse to open their eyes and see what's truly happening at their company. They continually set people up for failure, firing all the "worker bee's" and keeping their $300K / yr managers who do nothing but create more confusion within the org. They literally can't pass a medical device audit to save their lives. I truly cannot say enough bad things about Safeguard and their toxic workplace culture. I am blessed to have exited this business, my mental health has never been better. Now that they've fired the only people who cared about the mission, vision and purpose of Safeguard, this company will be bankrupt before the year 2027.

Pros

None anymore - anyone with any talent or skill has left, and pros for staff have disappeared

Cons

Where to even start! This job left me, and so many others, completely drained, depleted, and feeling like I had no worth. As a company that claims to enable the preservation of life in any environment, they certainly seem to be good at destroying lives. Even when we were all burning the midnight oil, doing extra hours at no extra pay just to get the job done, it was never enough. Financially in crisis and it shows - bonuses promised but never delivered, cash flow problems and wages paid late, alongside numerous redundancies made, are major red flags. The company culture is toxic, led by management that couldn't care less as long as they take home their salaries. Things haven't got any better since I left, from what I hear from current or more recently employed staff. All legacy knowledge left with good employees, and there is no trace of the good work environment that was there before safeguard took over. HR department is a complete joke, divulging what should be personal information to other members of staff to all have a laugh about it. Even the application and interview process now is long-winded and overcomplicated so save yourself the time, energy, and sanity and don't bother.
