You make a difference in some people’s lives Break room with food and drinks Gym

Cons

Long hours of talking to mentally disabled people. Pay is not good and they make you work weekends. Stay away.

Friendly people Helping disabled Free food in fully furnished kitchen

Cons

Company does not have a training program and expects employees to learn everything in a couple of days. Company states they have a probation period but will fire someone if they don't meet expections in second week with no training.
