      The money is good, level up structure is okay, management/higher ups/HR is horrible.

      Pros

      The pay is good, you can level up in 6 months if you have minimal warranty’s and positive customer reviews. Company vehicle. They provide tools.

      Cons

      The workload is massive. You’re doing 6+ cars on the road and about 10+ in shop. I’ve had and heard many stories of mistreatment from HR and management. They don’t care about their technicians or the customers honestly just getting the jobs done. Caring for the customer is part of the job so you’re going to do that anyways as a technician (your numbers count on it!)
