So far so good

Pros

Pretty intense training but the trainers and fellow class members make the time enjoyable. It seems like the company genuinely cares about you and your success.

Cons

If you’re on the west coast, training starts at 5am. Pay could be better but isn’t terrible. A LOT of different systems to get into (which is stressful when new and when you are speaking with a customer while trying to look up info)

Pros

Ha. None. Use to be a decent company but they gave up on decency.

Cons

This company favors nepotism and bad managers/employees. They spend all their time putting out fires instead of preventing them. They promise full training but then only train on windshields, the rest of the glass you're left to use YouTube to try and figure it out on your own; you're also punished if you screw it up. They lure you in with high pay but after training they're unrealistic expectations make the pay no where near worth it. There are no bonus programs anymore, no incentives to perform at high levels, and the benefits have been slashed worse than the girl from Scream. There is no work life balance unless you're one of the favorites. There is no culture, only a demand for integrity that the company itself doesn't even meet. They claim they want leaders but really they want yes men. And I do mean men. Oh they'll hire women and promote just enough so they look like they aren't sexist but women are extremely under valued and underpaid. At least when Feeny was CEO there were some perks to this company. Renee has completely ruined the handful of decent things that did make this company worth selling your body for.
