Pros

Paid on the job training no experience required. Company van, phone, and company card weekly pay

Cons

Pay is low unless you become a senior or master tech which is difficult to achieve. Summers are brutal/ long hours. Winter season is slow season so not enough hours.

Leadership is awful. They don't listen to the employees. All they want to do is keep growing the business but the people are left in the dust. It's run like a small, family business and not a major corporation.
