      Pros

      I love the option of working from home. It allows me to balance my duties of being a new mom as well as serving customers.

      Cons

      increase in medical premiums for the new year. options have reduced from multiple carriers to 1 carrier with 2 hsa plans and 1 very expensive ppo plan.
