      Pros

      You get 40 hours every week. If you have a Senior Tech who puts value in their work, you can learn some very valuable information. If not, I hope you're a good self starter.

      Cons

      Company only cares about money, not the quality of their work.

      Great pay, awesome benefits cool people

      Cons

      Overworked during peak season (one month a year to have to work 6 days a week) Rotating schedule, sometimes weekends off, sometime only Sunday and Wednesday
